Life can be hard. We all have our breaking points. You have done your best to overcome it. It really takes courage to start looking for help. Hello and welcome to ZenMind Clinic. I am a psychiatrist with training from The Institute of Mental Health, Peking University, The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and New York University, and hold double board certifications in both general psychiatry and addiction psychiatry.

My extensive experience has allowed me to treat a diverse range of individuals, including working professionals and college/graduate school students, who may be dealing with issues such as work stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD/CPTSD, ADHD, OCD, addiction, parenting challenges, and various other significant mental health conditions.

While I possess a strong foundation in psychopharmacology and medical knowledge, I also place great value on a holistic approach to treatment. This includes psychotherapy, stress management, enhancing relationships, optimizing sleep quality, lifestyle coaching, addressing underlying medical concerns, weight management, genetic testing and ADHD testing.
